Digitalisation Office
Senior Solutions Architect (GenAI - Digitalisation Office)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Solutions Architect to join our Digitalisation Office. As a key member of our team, you will be dedicated to transforming financial workflows through cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and scaling our enterprise Generative AI systems. Job Descriptions
Reporting to the Lead Solution Architect in the Digitalisation Office, the Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for:
- Architect, build, and manage scalable infrastructure to support enterprise-wide Generative AI initiatives. Ensure high availability, low latency, and secure & observable API access to foundational models;
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for AI applications. Implement comprehensive MLOps best practices to monitor model behaviour, manage version control, track costs, and seamlessly deploy updates into secure production environments;
- Design and develop intelligent applications and agentic workflows to solve complex financial challenges, ranging from chatbot related applications to internal AI-powered tools;
- Partner closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial business requirements into technical, scalable AI solutions; and
- Ensure all AI infrastructure and applications adhere strictly to financial industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal risk management frameworks, with a heavy emphasis on auditability and data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in software engineering, including 1-2 years in designing, building, and deploying GenAI or Large Language Model (“LLM”)-backed applications in an enterprise setting. Experience in the banking and financial sector is highly preferred;
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, gateway routing, and observability platforms, specifically including tools like LiteLLM and Langfuse;
- Deep understanding of modern AI agent architectures, with practical experience utilising frameworks and protocols such as LangGraph, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication models, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP);
- Solid understanding of the banking and financial sector, including familiarity with financial data handling, regulatory constraints, and common enterprise use cases within banking, wealth management, or insurance;
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, an adaptable mindset for navigating rapidly evolving AI technologies, and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders; and

Senior Investment Officer (Portfolio and Risk Management)

Job Descriptions
- Undertake responsibilities over an assigned loan portfolio including, among others, periodic and ad hoc review and reporting, early actions on credit deterioration, stress testing and valuation;
- Oversee and coach junior members of the team in portfolio management and analysis of credit risk;
- Identify, report and advise available mitigations of new risk trends that may impact the wider loan portfolio;
